The location was easy to find with parking available outside. The cottage had a secure garden for our dog and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a perfect base for day trips to nearby towns and villages. The cottage was clean, tastefully decorated, and had thoughtful touches throughout. Suzanne, the host, was helpful and friendly, keeping us updated before and during our stay. we had a wonderful experience and have already recommended it to our friends.

We had a cozy break away at this lovely cottage. The little touches throughout made our stay fantastic! The beautiful, well-kept garden was perfect for our dogs, with dog bowls and towels provided. We were welcomed with fresh produce, milk, and even a bottle of wine. Suzanne, the host, was amazing and gave us great tips for dog-friendly walks and places to eat. The cottage had everything we needed and the shower was amazing. The location was great for exploring the surrounding towns and villages, and there was plenty to do in St Osyth village itself.

We stayed at Wayside Cottage for a few days and had a wonderful time. The cottage was clean and well-maintained, with a fantastic shower and comfortable beds. The owners provided lots of helpful information and a thoughtful welcome package. The location was great, especially for families with children. We enjoyed exploring a local bird hide and visiting Colchester Zoo and Wyvernwood, which were amazing. We can't wait to return and try out the nearby giant inflatable obstacle course!

    Would recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference nearby and it provided a convenient location. The holiday home was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, making my stay comfortable. The bed was cozy, the shower was great, and the kitchen had everything I needed. it felt like a home away from home.

The only service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. Having a stable and high-speed internet would have allowed me to work more efficiently during my stay.

The cottage offered a lovely welcome package with fresh produce, milk, orange juice, wine, bread, etc. The cottage was spotlessly clean, including the bedding and towels.- The location was convenient and parking was not an issue, as the hosts had arranged alternative parking venues.

The cottage is located on a busy road, so it was not as quiet as expected. During our stay, there was a lot of building work going on nearby, which was quite noisy and disruptive.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The cottage was clean and well kept, with a jaw-dropping shower and super comfy beds. The welcome package was so thoughtful, and the straight forward information made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was great, especially for families with children. We had a blast exploring the local bird hide and visiting nearby attractions like Colchester Zoo and Wyvernwood. We can't wait to go back and try out the incredible inflatable obstacle course just a short walk away!

Loved the airport noise, felt like being on vacation 24/7. The towels were a nice touch, I used them to dry my dog's nose. Had a great time visiting Flatford and pretending to be in a Constable painting.

Oh, I just adored the constant sound of construction nearby, it really added to the tranquil ambiance.

The patio at Wayside Cottage was my own little slice of paradise. It was like having my own private beach, minus the sand in my shoes!
